What type of furniture fastener is best for flat-pack ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture?
For RTA furniture, cam lock screws and dowel screws are the industry standard. They provide strong pull-up force, allow repeated assembly, and hide all hardware from view. We supply the cam lock screws, connecting bolts and matching cams as components, zinc-plated for corrosion resistance and smooth tightening.
If your panel thickness or board material (e.g., PB, MDF, HDF) requires non-standard cam depth or screw length, Taiyuanfeng can customize the cam lock components – cam body dimensions, thread design, plating type and packaging format – based on your technical drawing or sample.
